DJ Supa D

With over two decades of experience behind the decks, DJ Supa D is one of the most respected and influential figures in the UK’s underground music scene. A pioneering force in House, Amapiano, Afro‑House and UK Funky, Supa D has built an unstoppable momentum that resonates across London, Europe, and beyond.
From his early days on pirate radio—spinning Jungle and Garage on stations like Magic 90.2, Mission 90.6, and De Ja Vu 92.3FM during the 90’s and early 2000’s —Supa D has remained a vital part of the culture, consistently pushing the boundaries of sound and community. He’s held heavyweight residencies on Rinse FM, toured internationally, and performed at iconic venues such as Ministry of Sound, Egg London, Studio 338, Fabric, and many others notable venues as well as festivals from London to Ibiza and Dubai to Miami.
In addition to his performance career, Supa D is a co-founder of the Originals Festival. Since its launch in 2017, the annual event has grown into a major celebration, attracting 8,000–10,000 attendees per edition. Originals has quickly become a staple in the festival scene—curating immersive London bass and house experiences across both club venues and large-scale festivals.
Supa D is also a founding member of the Circle collective, a tight-knit crew of forward-thinking DJs and tastemakers. He’s the mastermind behind houSupa — label and brand that celebrate cutting-edge rhythms while uniting global house scenes from London to Johannesburg.
With a catalogue that includes legendary compilations for Jet Star, Rinse FM, and Ministry of Sound—as well as collaborations with top vocalists and producers, and regular guest appearances on BBC Radio 1Xtra—Supa D remains at the forefront of modern club music. His latest productions, including “Stronger” with Black House, Duchess, and Maestro UK, show that he’s not just riding the wave—he’s creating it.
Two of his biggest tracks to date, “Kings and Queens” and “She Belongs to the Night” with Donae’o, further cement his legacy as a standout producer capable of delivering genre-defining anthems.
One of his biggest hits is a Cleo Sol remix featuring Maestro UK as well, which quickly gained acclaim on radio and dancefloors. He has also released other well-received remixes with artists like Jorja Smith, Donae’o, and Ghetts, with more projects on the horizon—showcasing his talent for transforming soulful vocals into vibrant, club-ready gems.
Whether he’s commanding a peak-time festival set or taking listeners on a deep radio journey, DJ Supa D delivers every time with energy, passion, and an unmatched ear for what moves the dancefloor.
